This morning I enjoyed getting back to the mat after 3 days off.
Now even though our A/C just died the day before and it was 80 degrees and very humid in the house, I found peace on the mat....

Good morning,

I am reading a book titled How to Win Any Argument: Without Raising Your Voice, Losing Your Cool, Or Coming To Blows
I came across a paragraphy about the aurthor seeing himself as a swan.
Normally, we think of this in the context of the ugly duckling story. He used it in a different way...generally I have heard people reference being a duck when they talk about gliding along on the water and paddling hard under the water AND this author referenced a swan. That got me thinking..... |
