Ok - video taping your practice can be a double-edged sword. I
recommend it AND you need to have a good sense of self to get through
it at times.
For me - it is working on my hands. Ok, let's all say it together
- no palms to the audience. And no flappy, floppy hands when
framing the hips. Man, I wasn't even aware I was doing it so much
until I taped myself. Well, practice took a different emphisis
(ok, spelling isn't my strong suit) after that. I am glad I taped
it and it was initially hard to look at, but it got better as the
session went on.
