Yes, I have been away for too long.


Life has been, well, busy with transition.


The good thing though is that it has given me the opportunity to fit in some practice I would have never been able to otherwise.....

I have been able to get to my yoga classes consistently and I am seeing big changes.  I am more flexible and I am building more strength and balance.


I have also been able to get more dance practice in which is also showing a change.


Life is going to shift for me again at the end of the month AND I am working on a plan to keep the increased practice in my schedule as it does make such a difference to be consistent.


My wish to all the readers is that you make time to dance daily even if only for a few minutes.  And to breath, grin.  If you haven't tried yoga, give it a whirl for a few weeks and see how quickly your body will respond.  Be opened to being surprised.
