I have started back at class after taking almost 3 months off due to scheduling issues.

It feels good to be back.  I have definitely missed it.  I do need to arrange things so that I can get enough practice in, but baby steps.

I have kept up with yoga at home in the morning and that has definitely helped with the holiday stress.
